FIER's vision and desire to help various ethnic communities expands far beyond our current reach. As we grow, we aspire to find new ways to engage with our community--from galas to summits, benefit concerts, and more importantly, workshops and focus groups. Our workshops with professionals would be a catalyst to foster conversation about racial trauma and many other culturally/racially relevant subjects openly.  Your donation would go towards campaigns and initiatives, advertising and resources to connect with individuals who have experienced hate crimes and racism. Above all, donations would be used to solidify the long-term sustainability of the organization for years to come.
